The Sabai Protocol is a solution for tokenizing Real World Assets and Virtual Assets (VA) with its own set of proprietary smart contracts that have undergone a Certik audit.

Initially developed for Villa Carte Holdings, the parent company operating in the real estate sector in Phuket for over 12 years, including development.

The Sabai Protocol was meant to serve as an internal technology within the holding company, enabling the listing of its real estate on the digital asset market and thereby attracting an additional segment of potential investors.

During the development of the Sabai Protocol, it became clear that we had created a versatile tool suitable for tokenizing virtually any category of assets. Therefore, the project team decided to spin it off into a separate product and introduce it to the B2B market.

Two fully functional demo products were developed to test the technology. The first one, Sabai Property, is a platform for investing in tokenized real estate. The second, Sabai World is a city-building game centered around managing a resort business with integrated Play-and-Earn mechanics. It has successfully entered the beta testing stage and has shown excellent metrics.

Both products have been successful and showcased the full benefits of utilizing the Sabai Protocol for developers, game studios, and IT startups. We're already fielding inquiries from representatives across various sectors: investment funds, manufacturing, green energy, and so on.

Originally, the Sabai Protocol was conceived as an internal tool for our parent real estate business. White Label is a modular, off-the-shelf solution for tokenizing RWA and VA. It can be seamlessly integrated into a client's business to construct their own trading platform, complete with a variety of custom add-ons and tools.
